My own journey started when trying to find a better way to feel my best during busy times, which led me to be curious about what it truly means to live a healthy "balance" lifestyle. Is it a number on the scale? Is it the mind & body connection? This exploration has given me insights into the many challenges one encounters with burnout and emotional eating, including overeating, inflammation, and binge threads. We all want to be healthy, and the first step to breaking the emotional eating beast and expressing your best self is to listen and understand everything your body is telling you.
With 15+ years of working in the biotech/pharma industry, I transfer my experience to deliver transformational coaching in health and wellness. My passion is cultivating the potential in others and affecting positive change through emotional support and tangible tools.
